🎟️ Autism on the Water Cowes Week Raffle – Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Charlotte Reis-Day on behalf of Autism on the Water, Registered Charity No. SC048999, Clyde Offices 2nd Floor, West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, Scotland.
Eligibility:
Open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
Individuals directly involved in the co-ordination and drawing of the raffle may not enter.
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms.
Ticket Information:
Tickets are £5 each and available via the AOTW website and in person at Cowes Week.
Ticket sales close on 8th August 2025 at 3pm before the draw. Online sales may close earlier.
A total of 4000 entries are available, entries will close if all are sold before the entry deadline.
A valid ticket must include the purchaser’s name and contact details.
The Draw:
The draw will take place on 8th August 2025 at 3pm.
Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
Winners will be contacted via the details provided at time of purchase and announced via Autism on the Water’s social media.
Prizes:
Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
No cash alternative is available unless stated.
Autism on the Water reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Unclaimed Prizes:
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.
Data Protection:
Personal details will be used only for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.
In order to issue some prizes details of the winner may need to be shared with the organisation providing the prize. In these cases the winners will be contacted directly before any information is shared with third-parties.

This raffle is run in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 under the small society lottery.
AOTW is registered with the Glasgow City Council Licencing Department to operate small society lotteries.
Tickets must not be sold by or to anyone under the age of 16.
